Michael Virnoche, founder
Michael founded V&F Consulting in 2023 after nine years at IBM, where he moved from security analyst to Chief Enterprise Architect and Interim Director of Engineering, leading 42 architects and more than 200 developers.
Since then he has served as Deputy CTO of a FinTech wealth platform, led architecture and SRE for a mortgage servicer, served as Director of Product at a software supply-chain security company, and built AI agent platforms that run in production today. He holds five US patents, three of them issued.
